These answers cover booking, payment, appointment access, rebooking, cancellation, and urgent-care boundaries.
How does booking work?
Choose an available time, enter your contact details, and continue to secure card payment. Your appointment is confirmed after payment succeeds.
When is my appointment confirmed?
A booking is confirmed when payment has been completed and the confirmation email has been sent with the appointment details.
Can I rebook or cancel?
Eligible bookings can be rebooked or cancelled through Manage booking when those actions are available for that appointment.
How are refunds handled?
Refund requests are reviewed according to the booking and payment status. If approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method.
How do online sessions work?
Session access details are provided after confirmation. You may be asked to complete an identity step before joining the online appointment.
Which time zone is shown?
Patient-facing booking details use the time zone shown when the booking was made. The time zone label is shown on patient pages and emails.
Is this emergency support?
No. A & A is for planned appointments. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency number or nearest emergency care service.
What if no available time fits?
Use Request a specific time to send a short non-urgent request. It does not reserve an appointment until A & A follows up and a booking is confirmed.
