Payment, cancellation, and refunds.
These terms apply to appointments provided by AA Consulting Partners AB through AA Partners – Digital Psychology.
Payment
The applicable appointment price, currency, VAT, or VAT exemption is shown before payment. Payment is required according to the booking flow unless another arrangement is expressly agreed.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling is free until 24 hours before the booked start. Requests made inside 24 hours are assessed manually, and a change or refund is not guaranteed.
No-show
The full booking price is charged when the patient does not attend without cancelling.
Refunds
A refund requires manual confirmation. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
