How we handle personal data.
AA Consulting Partners AB is the data controller for the personal data processed through AA Partners – Digital Psychology. Privacy questions and data-subject requests can be sent to info@aapartners.se.
Data and purposes
We process only the personal data needed for booking, payment, communication, identity checks, service delivery, security, accounting, and compliance with legal obligations. Health information is handled only where necessary to provide psychology services.
Service providers
Selected external providers may process limited data for authentication, hosting, transactional email, payment, and video delivery. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy responsibilities. AA Partners does not store complete card details.
Security and video
We use access controls, encryption, and other technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. Video consultations use end-to-end encryption.
Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and in accordance with applicable healthcare, accounting, and other legal obligations. Those obligations may prevent immediate deletion of some records.
Your rights
You may contact info@aapartners.se to request information about your personal data or exercise applicable data-protection rights. You may also submit a complaint to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
